See Rashid v. State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins. Co., No. 1 CA-CV 88-0346 (Ct.App. Apr. 18, 1989) (memorandum decision). We took review to determine whether State Farm's UM "other insurance" clause violates public policy. Rule 23, Ariz.R.Civ.App.P., 17B A.R.S. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Ariz. Const. art. 6, § 5(3) and A.R.S. § 12-120.24.
